Our Nurtured Mama Experience is a luxurious 45-minute treatment, thoughtfully designed to help you relax, recover and enjoy uninterrupted bonding time with your newborn in a safe, warm and peaceful environment.

We book a full hour for your appointment, so there’s no need to rush. You’ll have plenty of time to settle in, feed or change your baby if needed, and gently prepare for your treatment before your moment of relaxation begins.

As your baby sleeps peacefully on your chest, tucked safely beneath a soft blanket, you’ll enjoy a deeply relaxing neck, head and facial massage. This gentle treatment helps ease physical tension, calm the nervous system and provide a moment of stillness during the whirlwind of the fourth trimester, while encouraging the beautiful benefits of skin-to-skin bonding.

This is more than a massage—it’s an opportunity to slow down, breathe, reconnect with yourself and soak up those precious newborn moments in a calm, supportive space where both you and your baby are welcome.

This Head to Toe Massage Ritual consists of a full body experience that drifts you into the clouds with a sensuous face & head massage to complete your journey.

Using firm pressure, soothing strokes and stretches to the back, neck and shoulder area, a massage session can help reduce tension and free you of minor aches. This massage is designed to concentrate on tension built up in the muscles of the back, neck and shoulders, so the benefits can be achieved in a shorter period of time. Using pressure points and stretches to target the source of the pain you will notice the difference from the first treatment

Get grounded & back on your feet with this wonderful treatment. Beginning with a tension releasing back massage, followed by the foot ritual (hard skin, exfoliation, cuticles, cut/file & massage) finished off with our signature neck  release massage

This indulgent treatment includes an all over a full body brush to increase the circulation and remove any dead skin cells, warm mitt cleanse followed by a moisture replenishing massage and a deeply hydrating body lotion to restore comfort to dry, dehydrated skin.  Ideal for skin in need of moisture and hydration.  

At the Spa Room we use a luxurious cream wax which has a low melting point for exceptional client comfort.

Infused with Aloe Vera to help replenish the skin. Great for use on all skin and hair types, removing even the shortest of hairs
